After your visa is issued, send Armin a copy/photo and prepare for your arrival and mandatory Welcome Days.

Your visa route — step by step
Apply for your visa
Based on your citizenship, you need a study visa before travelling to Germany. Apply at your German embassy or consulate as soon as possible.
Provide financial proof
Open a blocked bank account with a German bank. A sponsorship letter from a non-German resident will be rejected.
Attend your visa appointment
Go to your respective German embassy or consulate with all required documents.
Confirm your visa receipt
Send Armin a copy/photo of your issued visa so we can continue the process.
Come to Germany & start your studies!
Attend mandatory Welcome Days in person on campus the week before studies start.
Stay in touch: Check your application e-mail regularly and reply to Armin even when there is no new update — so the university knows where you are in the process. Apply for the visa as soon as possible once instructed.
